The establishment of the Business Line Group, with its branches and economic projects, came in conjunction with the state’s vision and its forward drive towards comprehensive development and investment based on national efforts and capital. The real estate sector is a large field that requires special study, as the state seeks to expand and constantly needs construction, development, and the establishment of new neighborhoods through real estate developers. Additionally, the presence of citizens and expatriates who choose to live in the UAE due to its security, safety, and peaceful coexistence increases the need for real estate development.
