Business Line Group partners withEtihad Charity Foundation to support needy families through the "Awon Initiative."
Business Line Group and Etihad Charity Foundation in Ajman have signed a cooperation agreement to support needy families in the UAE through the “Awon Initiative.” This initiative aims to collect furniture donations from benefactors and distribute them to families in need, with the foundation overseeing the process and the company executing the delivery.
The agreement was signed by Sheikh Ali bin Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Vice Executive President of the foundation, and Saad Al Mahri, CEO of Business Line Group, in the presence of Nasser Al Jeneibi, Executive Director of the foundation.
Sheikh Ali Al Nuaimi expressed the foundation’s enthusiasm for collaborating with Business Line to assist those in need and those with limited income, emphasizing the importance of achieving the foundation’s objectives and highlighting the added societal value in serving the community. He stated, “This collaboration seeks to alleviate the suffering of needy families and bring smiles to their children’s faces. It is a humanitarian duty and a message to promote the spirit of brotherhood and social solidarity derived from Islamic principles, human values, and the national vision of the UAE and its wise leadership.”
Nasser Al Jeneibi added, “The foundation meets the diverse life requirements of needy families and those with limited income. It has humanitarian goals that emphasize the values of giving and charity, including helping the poor and needy by providing financial and in-kind assistance, implementing charitable activities and programs, supporting orphans, offering educational services, adopting endowment investment projects, and promoting cooperation and partnership with charitable associations and institutions in the country.”
